- timely provide information on the number of students receiving free hot meals;
- to acquaint parents with a promising menu of hot meals at school.
To the medical workers of the school Belova L.P.:
maintain strict control over the observance of sanitary and hygienic standards in the school cafeteria;
ensure control over the quality of food preparation;
keep a log of finished product rejection;
daily check the availability of a certificate for the supplied products, their quality, expiration dates and expiration dates, as well as the rejection of hot and buffet meals;

about catering at school
I. General provisions
1.1. This provision has been developed in accordance with the regulatory documents: Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2018 No. 598 "On approval of the Rules for catering for students in secondary education organizations, as well as the purchase of goods related to the provision of nutrition for children brought up and studying in preschool organizations, educational organizations for orphans and children left without parental care" (as amended and supplemented as of May 24, 2021 No. 231);
1.2. This Regulation establishes the procedure for catering in the school cafeteria.
1.3. The main tasks in catering for students at school are:
- providing students with nutrition that meets the age-related physiological needs for nutrients and energy, the principles of rational and balanced nutrition;
- guaranteed quality and safety of nutrition and foodstuffs,
used in food;
- prevention (prevention) among students of infectious and non-infectious diseases associated with the nutrition factor;
- Promoting the principles of healthy and nutritious nutrition.
1.4. For students of the school of privileged categories, a free
disposable hot meals.
1.5. Pupils attending a full-day pre-school mini-center have the right to receive three meals a day at the expense of their parents.
1.6. Funding for food expenses for schoolchildren is carried out both at the expense of the local budget and at the expense of parents (legal representatives) in accordance with established norms.
II. Catering for schoolchildren
2.1. Meals for students at school are organized in the school canteen.
2.2. Catering in the school canteen is carried out in accordance with
present regulations and schedule determined by the school.
2.3. The person responsible for catering is appointed by order of the school director, keeps a daily record of students who received free meals at school for reliable and timely reporting to higher authorities.
2.4. Teachers - subject teachers accompany students to the canteen and are responsible for providing meals to students in accordance with the approved list.
2.5. The issuance of prepared food according to sanitary rules is carried out only after a sample is taken by a medical worker before it is taken by children.
2.6. Checking the quality of food, compliance with recipes and technological regimes is carried out by a medical worker.
2.7. The lunch menu (prospective) / for 4 weeks is monthly agreed with the principal of the school and approved.
2.8. Control over the organization of hot meals is carried out by the commission on a monthly basis or upon complaint; the results of the check are entered into the acts (attached).
III. Categories of students eligible for free meals
3.1. In accordance with regulatory documents, the right to free meals is granted to preferential categories of students.
3.2. To receive free meals, students of the privileged category must provide documents confirming the status of the family.
3.3. The lists of students assigned to the preferential category are approved by the order of the school director.
IV. Rights, duties and responsibilities of the parties
4.1. The educational organization, public catering enterprise, regardless of the form of ownership and affiliation, is jointly responsible for the organization and quality of meals at the school.
4.2. Providing hot meals for parental fees at school
produced on a voluntary basis.
4.3. The director of the school is responsible for providing hot meals to children classified as preferential categories.
4.4. Parents (legal representatives) are responsible for the accuracy of the submitted documents for free meals.
4.5. The rights, duties and responsibilities of a public catering enterprise and a school are provided for by agreements on catering in an educational organization concluded between them.
