4. In the late evening (after 22 o'clock), children are forbidden to appear on the street unaccompanied by adults.
5. Children are forbidden to be in cafes, in places where alcoholic beverages and tobacco products are sold.
6. Do not allow children to talk to strangers, get into unfamiliar vehicles; touch unfamiliar objects (report suspicious people and objects to adults immediately).
7. Prohibit children from staying near reservoirs, going out on ice.
8. Remind children about the rules of the road for pedestrians in winter.
9. Do not allow children to play near railway, high-voltage lines, unfinished and destroyed buildings; use medicines without you; play with piercing, cutting, explosive and flammable objects (firecrackers, fireworks, etc.).
